Liner notes
Contact Rust Server Rank
Questions, corrections, advertising, data: one address does the lot. Write to hello@rustserverrank.world and it reaches us.
Email: hello@rustserverrank.world
A server looks wrong. Almost everything in the chart comes from what the server publishes itself: name, description, tags, wipe schedule and header image. Change it on the server and Rust Server Rank follows within five minutes. If a wipe was missed or a figure stays wrong after that, email the server's address as ip:port and tell us what you expected to see. You can check any listing on the rankings.
Advertising. Read advertising on Rust Server Rank first for what is on offer, then email with what you have in mind. Ranks come from real player hours and nothing paid moves a server up the chart.
Using the data. The numbers are free to use in a project. Ask before you take them, and we can point you at something better than scraping pages.
Anything else. Questions about how the chart is built, what the site is, or a general enquiry all go to the same address.
Questions
How do I contact Rust Server Rank?
Email hello@rustserverrank.world. It is the only address, and it covers questions about the site, a server listing that looks wrong, the data and advertising.
My server's listing is wrong. What do I send?
First change the name, description, tags, wipe schedule or header image on the server itself; the site follows what the server publishes within five minutes. If a wipe was missed or a value stays wrong after that, email the server's address as ip:port and what you expected to see.
How do I ask about advertising?
Read the advertising page for what is available, then email hello@rustserverrank.world with what you have in mind. Rank on the chart comes from real player hours, so a paid placement does not change a server's position.
